## About the Role As a Freelance Web Designer at Mindrift, you will be working on the Tendem project, collaborating with a team of specialists to drive specialized data scraping workflows within a hybrid AI and human system. Your primary focus will be on creating high-converting marketing pages, landing experiences, and conversion-driven layouts that are on-brand and easy to ship. You will be responsible for owning the look and feel of all web-based materials, ensuring consistency and quality across the board.

The Tendem project is part of Mindrift's platform, which connects specialists with AI projects from major tech innovators. The company's mission is to unlock the potential of Generative AI by tapping into real-world expertise from across the globe. As a Web Designer, you will play a critical role in achieving this mission by providing domain expertise and creating seamless user experiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a team of professionals who are passionate about AI and digital marketing. You will be expected to be self-directed, with a strong work ethic and the ability to troubleshoot independently.

## What You Will Do - Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites based on textual copy, outlines, or existing drafts - Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and sections that can be easily implemented by developers or no-code tools - Prepare and securely package production-ready files for seamless handoff - Ensure absolute visual consistency between interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials - Enforce layout quality standards through systematic verification of responsiveness, proper spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web trends prior to delivery - Collaborate with Tendem Agents to handle repetitive tasks and provide critical thinking and domain expertise - Create clean, on-brand, and easy-to-ship web-ready designs based on briefs and rough drafts - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand ecosystem and design principles - Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies

## What We Are Looking For - At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related creative/technical fields - Deep proficiency in Figma for creating scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design systems - Expertise in structuring high-converting, pitch-style landing pages with a strong eye for clarity, spacing, and modern design trends - Solid understanding of how to prepare, spec, and package digital assets for efficient implementation via developers or no-code platforms - Ability to seamlessly translate core brand aesthetics across varying touchpoints, ensuring web pages match existing social materials and pitch decks - Upper-intermediate (B2) or above English proficiency - A structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded approach to design - Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends

## Nice to Have - Experience working with no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer - Knowledge of front-end development principles and HTML/CSS - Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems - Experience working in a remote team environment
