What You Will Do

• Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with the company's digital strategy
• Develop and implement new features, enhancements, and updates to the website
• Ensure the website's performance, responsiveness, and quality meet the company's standards
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and prioritize tasks
• Manage the website's security, ensuring all updates and changes are thoroughly tested
• Implement best practices for performance, security, and scalability
• Develop custom themes and plugin customizations as required
• Ensure all website updates and changes are thoroughly tested and validated
• Provide recommendations for website improvement and optimization
• Work closely with the team to ensure all website updates align with the company's overall digital strategy

What We Are Looking For

• Deep expertise in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugin customization, and best practices for performance, security, and scalability
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Availability of approximately 15 hours per week, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proven experience working as a freelancer or in a remote team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve website issues effectively
• Experience with website optimization techniques and tools
• Knowledge of website security best practices and protocols
• Ability to work proactively, communicating effectively with the team and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
