Front End Developer (React)

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality UI components using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and strong UI performance to meet user experience standards.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative and learning-focused engineering culture by sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Build features that support real-world user and business workflows, focusing on usability and performance.
• Collaborate with designers to translate product requirements into intuitive and reliable user experiences.
• Work with product managers to prioritize project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components to improve development efficiency and reduce redundancy.
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to ensure high-quality user experiences.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience building production front-end applications with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools.
• Strong working knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with modern front-end tooling and build systems such as Vite, NPM, ESLint, and environment configuration.
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development principles.
• Experience integrating React applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar.
• Experience using component libraries or design systems like Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design, or similar.
• Understanding of accessibility, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Exposure to unit testing for React applications using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
• Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and front-end deployment workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with debt collection or financial services software.
• Experience with TanStack Query or similar data-fetching libraries.
• Exposure to end-to-end testing tools like Playwright, Cypress, etc.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams, which is beneficial given the company's remote work setup.
