About the Role
The front-end engineer role at Libertex Group is a key position in the company's end-to-end feature team. As a front-end engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications that provide seamless user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs is met and that applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.The front-end engineer role is a critical part of Libertex Group's mission to provide innovative financial solutions to its customers. The company's online trading platform, Libertex, enables traders to access the market and invest in stocks or trade CFDs with underlying assets being commodities, Forex, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and others. As a front-end engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that the platform is user-friendly, efficient, and scalable.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain high-quality websites and web applications
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that follows best practices and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge in front-end development
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with the website and web applications
- Ensure that the website and web applications are accessible and usable on all devices and browsers
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS (including HTML5 and CSS3)
- Good knowledge of JavaScript
- Ability to create web pages/websites that look and behave consistently across all browsers and platforms
- Understanding of industry trends and web standards
- Knowledge of package manager tools (e.g. npm, webpack)
- Experience with GIT
- At least 3 years of proven experience developing websites and applications
- Experience with Drupal and Vue.js is preferred
- Experience with other website CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, Webflow, etc.)
- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Backbone, Marionette, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD
- Knowledge of Excel
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Certification in front-end development
