Front-end Engineer, React

## About the Role As a Front-end Engineer at Newfold Digital, you will be part of a dedicated innovation team that works closely with senior executives and tech leadership. Your primary focus will be on building the next generation of high-performance web experiences for millions of customers. You will be responsible for designing and developing front-end systems integrated with AI-powered backends and APIs, leveraging modern frameworks and scalable architecture. The team's objective is to deliver exceptional user experiences through rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous iteration.

The role requires a deep understanding of React, Redux, React Hooks, and TypeScript, as well as experience with AI-driven development tools and LLM API integration. You will work in an environment that values speed, ambiguity, and end-to-end ownership, where ideas move quickly from concept to production.

As a key member of the innovation team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation in AI-assisted UI generation and intelligent user journeys. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's mission to provide small businesses with the confidence to think big and grow online.

## What You Will Do - Build AI-driven, dynamic user experiences that adapt and personalize at scale - Design and develop front-end interfaces that integrate LLM-powered features, such as chat, content generation, and smart recommendations - Rapidly prototype new product concepts and iterate based on user feedback - Leverage agentic AI systems to generate, test, and optimize UI code in real-time - Move from concept to prototype to production within days - Design front-end systems integrated with AI-powered backends and APIs - Own performance, scalability, and reliability of high-traffic applications - Collaborate cross-functionally to ship continuously, not episodically - Drive innovation in AI-assisted UI generation and intelligent user journeys - Work closely with senior executives and tech leadership to align with company goals - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience building modern web applications - Strong expertise in React, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, and TypeScript - Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 - LLM API integration experience - Tailwind CSS, testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress), and design system/component library experience - Experience working with REST APIs and microservices-based systems - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments - Experience in high-scale SaaS or platform environments - Hands-on experience building AI-assisted development tools - Strong understanding of APIs, performance, and scalable architecture

## Nice to Have - Experience with AI-driven development tools and frameworks - Knowledge of containerization using Docker - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud - Experience with security and compliance in cloud-based systems - Certification in React, JavaScript, or related technologies
