About the Role
The Frontend DevOps Engineer role at Marbis is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for modern web technologies with a focus on future-ready infrastructure. As a key member of the frontend team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing modern web applications, working closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to implement new features, and integrating and continuously improving CI/CD pipelines to automate development processes.In this role, you will have the chance to work with a range of technologies and tools, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue, React, and Angular. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of Marbis' DevOps infrastructure, including container orchestration, monitoring, and deployment.
What You Will Do
- Develop and optimize modern web applications with a focus on performance and scalability
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to implement new features
- Integrate and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to automate development processes
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Marbis' DevOps infrastructure
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to continuously enhance the system landscape
- Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in agile development methodologies
What We Are Looking For
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in developing large-scale JavaScript applications using Vue, React, or Angular
- Proficient in responsive design and mobile-first concepts
- Familiarity with common package managers and build tools
- Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows to automate development and deployment processes
- Experience with container technologies and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Helm
- Interest in exploring technologies beyond your primary tech stack
- Strong initiative, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience with additional programming languages such as PHP
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with security best practices and protocols
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies
