About the Role

The AI Trainer role at Helix Recruit is a part-time, remote opportunity that allows professionals to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models. This role is ideal for those with a strong foundation in various fields, including finance, consulting, accounting, law, medicine, design, sales, and software development. As an AI trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading AI research organization and apply your expertise to help train AI models.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve collaborating with the research team to develop and improve AI models. You will be working remotely, and your schedule will be flexible, with a commitment of 15-40 hours per week. What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the research team to develop and improve AI models
  • Apply your expertise to help train AI models
  • Work closely with the development team to integrate AI models into various applications

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (finance, consulting, accounting, law, medicine, design, sales, software development, etc.)
  • Strong foundation in digital skills and ability to work with AI models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with AI models or machine learning algorithms
  • Strong understanding of data structures and software design patterns
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer science, mathematics, statistics, etc.)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with natural language processing or computer vision
  • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
