About the Role

The Full Stack AI Engineer role at Reveleer is a unique opportunity to work on developing the next generation of agentic models for clinical prospective suspecting. As part of a small team within the AI division, you will be responsible for building end-to-end product experiences that leverage the power of AI and ML to drive business value. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and stakeholders, to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient solutions.

The team you will be joining is focused on developing innovative solutions that address real-world challenges in the healthcare industry. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of care and patient outcomes, making this a highly rewarding and challenging role.

In terms of team context, you will be working closely with other engineers and scientists to build highly scalable, ML-driven systems. You will also be expected to participate in running experiments, surfacing insights, and providing daily troubleshooting and analysis for production issues.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain large-scale systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions that drive business value and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop end-to-end product experiences
  • Solve product problems and build delightful user experiences for customers
  • Contribute to building and scaling infrastructure, including AWS and Google Cloud
  • Develop and continually improve observability of activity and infrastructure at scale
  • Continually challenge the status quo and existing solutions to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Partner closely with other engineers and scientists to build highly scalable, ML-driven systems
  • Resolve problems and provide daily troubleshooting, analysis, and problem definition for production issues
  • Apply first-principle mindset to address challenges and obsess over details

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience building high-quality code and infrastructure
  • 3+ years of experience working with large-scale systems
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS and Google Cloud
  • Passion for building delightful customer-centric user experiences, from backend to frontend
  • Proven curiosity with the latest Generative AI advances
  • Hands-on experience in client-side development using ReactJS, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript
  • Hands-on experience in NodeJS and MongoDB
  • Familiarity with common best practices, design, and architectural patterns
  • Great problem-solving skills, eager to learn and face new challenges
  • Highly motivated, self-learner with great attention to detail
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different functions, stakeholders, and subject matter experts

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including containerization and orchestration
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Experience with security, accessibility, and performance optimization
