About the Role
As a Full Stack Developer (AI-First) at Full Circle, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's mission to create an AI-native agency model. You will work closely with the engineering lead and other team members to develop modern, scalable full-stack applications, integrating AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance internal operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, as well as designing and implementing backend systems with Node.js, Python, and scalable system designs.The company is operating at the intersection of eCommerce, Amazon, growth, systems, and AI, and your work will have a direct impact on the success of ambitious brands. What You Will Do
- Develop modern, scalable front-end applications using frameworks like React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Design and implement backend systems with Node.js, Python, and scalable system designs
- Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to drive faster development and smarter workflows
- Build AI-first workflows and automation tools to eliminate repetitive tasks
- Collaborate with leadership to identify high-leverage areas where AI and software can have the biggest impact
- Develop APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure to power applications
- Use Claude Code extensively to speed up software development, including building, debugging, refactoring, and exploring architecture
- Build AI-powered utilities and tools that integrate seamlessly into business processes
- Rapidly prototype new product ideas and features, then refine the most promising ones into production-ready systems
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Experience with modern frontend tools like React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar
- Strong backend experience using Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, and scalable system design
- Proficiency with Claude Code for building, debugging, and optimizing software
- Experience with AI-powered tools and workflows
- Strong understanding of software development principles and patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
