Full Stack Developer - Backend Focus

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain complex backend systems using Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Implement Deep Learning and Computer Vision pipelines with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Integrate Pose Estimation models into production-grade environments
• Manage and optimize databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Build and deploy applications using Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and GDPR regulations, maintaining the secure handling of medical data
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize backend scalability and performance
• Troubleshoot system issues, enhancing system resiliency and automation
• Prepare documentation and support best practices across development processes

What We Are Looking For

• Absolute mastery of Python, with hands-on experience using Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Proven experience with Deep Learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of Computer Vision and Pose Estimation Models
• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Skilled in Docker and deployment across AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR, with a focus on security protocols for health data
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in the HealthTech industry
