What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications using best practices and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop front-end applications using React, leveraging your experience with recent versions of the framework
- Work with PostgreSQL databases to design and implement data models
- Implement GraphQL APIs to enable data exchange between applications
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to industry standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal downtime
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails and React
- Proficiency in building Ruby on Rails applications using recent versions of the framework
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases and data modeling
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and front-end development frameworks
- Experience with GraphQL APIs and data exchange
- Familiarity with Redux/Flux libraries and state management
