Job Description

About the Role

Helius is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of key components of the Developer Portal, focusing on onboarding, configuration, and observability. You will directly impact customer experiences and contribute to maximizing conversion and retention rates.

Responsibilities

  • Create streamlined onboarding flows that enhance user activation.
  • Build scalable backend services for user-facing applications.
  • Make informed technical decisions on frontend architecture and API design.
  • Improve overall performance, reliability, and maintainability of the tech stack.
  • Move swiftly to simplify complex development challenges.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend technologies.
  • Backend experience in Golang, C#, Java, or Rust.
  • Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and database management.
  • Solid system design and architecture skills.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with billing systems.
  • Familiarity with startup or web3 environments.
  • Experience in Solana development.
  • Knowledge of web security best practices.
