Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain the company's products and platforms, focusing on delivering high-quality, intuitive, and powerful solutions that leverage the latest advancements in AI voice models.
• Collaborate with the Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to understand customer needs and design solutions that address their most pressing problems and workflows.
• Take ownership of shipping end-to-end features across the front and back ends of the stack, including setting the direction of the features and products you're working on.
• Scope and build brand-new proof-of-concept products, sometimes directly with partner customers, that could later be scaled to capture entirely new markets.
• Improve existing products to ensure they're intuitive, powerful, and make innovative use of the research team's latest breakthroughs.
• Work on making sweeping UX changes, adding significant functionality, or building integrations with other common tools and platforms.
• Participate in high-velocity experimentation, contributing to the company's culture of rapid innovation and minimal bureaucracy.
• Use AI to move faster with higher-quality results, applying AI-driven solutions across the whole company, from engineering to growth to operations.
• Contribute to the company's excellence everywhere approach, ensuring that everything produced matches the quality of the AI models.
• Collaborate with a global team, prioritizing talent over location, and participate in annual company offsites to meet with colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with AI-driven technologies, particularly in voice models and natural language processing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A passion for driving impact and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
• Experience working in a high-velocity environment, with a focus on rapid experimentation and minimal bureaucracy.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and scalability.

Nice to Have

• Experience with specific AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
