## What You Will Do - Build and maintain the front-ends for the platform and products, ensuring they are intuitive, powerful, and make innovative use of the company's AI voice models - Collaborate with other engineers, as well as the growth and sales teams, to understand and design solutions for the company's most important problems and workflows - Develop and maintain back-end components of the product suite, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet the company's high standards for excellence - Design and develop clean, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for products that will be used by millions of users - Improve existing products to ensure they are intuitive, powerful, and make innovative use of the company's latest AI break-throughs - Make sweeping UX changes, add significant functionality, or build integrations with other common consumer/enterprise solutions - Work closely with the research team to integrate the latest AI models and technologies into the company's products - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the company's engineering processes and standards - Collaborate with the engineering team to set the direction of the features and products you're working on

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on front-end development - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular - Strong understanding of AI models and machine learning concepts - Experience with back-end development, including languages such as Python or Ruby - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

## Nice to Have - Experience with voice models and AI-driven solutions - Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud - Experience with containerization using Docker - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI
