About the Role
The Full Stack .NET Developer role at Coretek Services is a hands-on engineering position that involves driving innovation and product enhancements to the company's Insights product. As a key member of the development team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to determine and refine requirements for new features and enhancements, providing design, development, and configuration based on agreed requirements. Your primary focus will be on front-end development, building responsive, accessible, and intuitive interfaces using modern frameworks.The role is based in the United States, and as a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to collaborate with the team from anywhere. You will be working alongside an established development team to take features from requirements gathering through to production, following standard DevOps and Agile methodologies throughout the development life cycle.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain application code for both bug fixes and new features, utilizing Coretek standards
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine and refine requirements for new features and enhancements
- Provide design, development, and configuration based on agreed requirements
- Estimate, plan, and manage implementation tasks and report on development progress
- Partner with the team to ensure UI and UX consistency across the application
- Identify and remediate bugs across the application
- Support User Acceptance Testing and implement code into production
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
- Stay up to date on new and emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Apply AI development and coding practices to accelerate delivery and improve product capabilities
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with the .NET development platform and languages, including .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) and a strong understanding of UI and UX principles
- Experience creating and consuming REST/Web APIs and implementing authentication
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AI development and coding
- Knowledge of cloud-hosted software (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS); Azure and Azure DevOps preferred
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong presentation skills, including presenting new features and functionality to leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience with hybrid datacenter solutions built on industry-leading technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft-centric suite of cloud solutions
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Certification in .NET development or related fields
