About the Role

OnTheGoSystems, a fully remote company behind WPML, is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design and build solutions used by customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have strong technical judgment and the ability to dive deep into complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Own features end-to-end: from problem definition to production impact
  • Use AI to understand, generate, review, and refine code efficiently
  • Make architectural decisions and consider system-wide impact
  • Identify gaps in requirements and define the right behavior
  • Handle selected support cases that require a developer’s perspective, working directly with clients
  • Turn real user problems into product and UX/UI improvements
  • Continuously improve what you build based on real usage
