About the Role
As a Full Stack Sitecore Developer at Avid, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise web platforms powered by Sitecore. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who is comfortable working across backend, frontend, integrations, and cloud environments. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and guiding best practices across teams.The role entails working on complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, including Sitecore XP/XM, React, and Next.js, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of Avid's customers.

What You Will Do
- Design and develop solutions using Sitecore XP/XM
- Build custom components, templates, pipelines, and integrations
- Implement headless solutions using modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js
- Develop and consume REST and GraphQL APIs
- Integrate Sitecore with CRM, ecommerce, and other enterprise systems
- Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure
- Optimize performance, caching, search, and indexing
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Mentor junior developers and promote development standards
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in full stack development and .NET ecosystem
- Strong expertise in Sitecore (XP/XM 9+), including headless implementations
- Solid experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core
- Prior experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, and Azure cloud platforms
- Prior working knowledge with Sitecore CLI, serialization, content deployment, and enterprise environments
- Experience with Coveo or similar headless search solutions, and Sitecore CDP/personalization features
- Familiarity with Docker, Azure AKS, and DevOps tools (containerization)
- Sitecore certifications are a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience using project management tools like JIRA
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to mentor and work cross-functionally
- Experience with remote work environments and asynchronous communication tools
