Full stack Staff Engineer

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Join's SaaS solutions for the construction industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and EASE of use
• Develop and implement new features and products to drive business growth
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the company's technical blog
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices
• Work closely with the product team to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of Join's products
• Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to the company's continuous integration and delivery pipeline

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with relational databases
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a remote team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization using Docker
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience with security testing
• Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence
• Certification in cloud-based platforms or cybersecurity
