Job Description

## About the Role As a Client Services Account Manager at Optic Marketing Group, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of their marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to fulfill client requests and campaigns, and provide regular database maintenance to ensure CRM accuracy. This is a full-time remote position that requires a high level of motivation, a passion for customer service, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, including websites, SEO, PPC, and social media, as well as experience with mass media such as radio, TV, and billboards. You will be expected to conduct regularly scheduled reporting calls with each client, delivering campaign performance data in an easy-to-understand format. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving client concerns, and maintaining accurate records of all client correspondence in our CRM system.

## What You Will Do - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients - Monitor and assist with the implementation and execution of client marketing campaigns - Provide regular database maintenance to ensure CRM accuracy - Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and campaigns - Investigate and resolve client concerns - Communicate professionally, accurately, clearly, and courteously with clients and internal teams - Maintain a high level of client retention year-over-year - Conduct regularly scheduled reporting calls with each client - Keep accurate records of all client correspondence in our CRM system - Assist the internal team with the communication of strategy for each assigned account

## What We Are Looking For - 3-5 years of marketing account management experience - Familiarity with digital marketing and mass media - Strong evidence of listening skills, verbal communication, and professional writing style - Technologically savvy with the ability to use multiple internet and software platforms - General understanding of digital marketing reporting and a passion for analyzing metrics - Phenomenal time management skills - High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a high level of urgency in delivering top-notch experiences - Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, or other home service companies (desirable) - Experience working remotely (desirable)

## Nice to Have - Experience upselling solutions over the phone and in person - Experience with ClickUp or similar CRM systems - Certification in digital marketing or a related field
