About the Role

The Functional Consultant position for Microsoft D365 at TTEC Digital is a pivotal role that combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer experience (CX) solutions. As a key member of the team, you will engage with clients to identify opportunities for growth and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients, leveraging your knowledge of digital contact centre platforms to drive transformative CX solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Identify additional opportunities within existing clients and escalate these to sales and leadership counterparts.
  • Demonstrate a capacity for fostering trust and an atmosphere of partnership with clients.
  • Consult client stakeholders on functional approaches, alternatives, and risks, and best practices.
  • Present to clients in a business-focused, impactful, and persuasive manner.
  • Lead small-scale functional requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions internally and/or with existing and potential clients.
  • Decompose small-scale requirements/user stories into tasks and accurately estimate the effort required for completion.
  • Professionally delegate technical tasks to other team members for projects of small scale and low complexity.
  • Monitor other consultants' completion of tasks and help eliminate impediments.
  • Identify problems independently and demonstrate proactive ownership of solutions.
  • Contribute to successful project delivery and track record.
  • Ability to write simple data queries and/or low-code routines.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience delivering and 1+ years of experience leading projects related to Microsoft D365, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
  • Ability to identify whether a routine of medium complexity should be implemented via a no-code solution or software development effort.
  • Strong background in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to lead two or more successful projects.
  • Two or more Microsoft D365 certifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Integrity, honesty, and humility, with a results-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.
  • Knowledge of upgrading/migrating CRM on-premise to D365 Sales.
  • Familiarity with implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or D365 Sales, D365 Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, or Customer Insights.
  • Experience with data migration and integration to and from D365.
