What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products for global enterprises.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to deliver high-impact projects.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical actions, ensuring that solutions meet customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and internal teams.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on time.
• Present project updates and findings to customers and internal stakeholders, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers to ensure a smooth transition to new automated processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ERP automation and AI, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical actions.
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a steep learning curve.
