About the Role

The Fusion Data Sales Specialist role is a senior sales position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the Autodesk team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. Your day-to-day activities will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

The role is based in Thailand and will require collaboration with regional teams, as well as frequent engagement with senior executives and decision-makers. You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the PLM market, industry trends, and customer needs, and to leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales materials, product demonstrations, and other sales tools
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders on customer needs, market trends, and sales performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the PLM market, industry trends, and customer needs
  • Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage sales activities, track performance, and analyze customer data
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the PLM or software industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insightful recommendations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive sales growth and improve sales performance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or computer science

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Familiarity with Autodesk products and services, particularly Fusion Manage PLM
  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments in the PLM and manufacturing sectors
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field, such as Salesforce Administration or Sales Enablement
