What You Will Do
- Deliver soccer sessions to children of all ages and skill levels
- Plan and execute engaging soccer sessions that cater to the needs of different age groups and skill levels
- Keep logbooks and records of player progress and attendance
- Create session plans and adapt to scheduling changes as needed
- Communicate with parents and players to understand their needs and provide feedback on progress
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality soccer sessions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve coaching skills and knowledge
- Use digital tools to plan and deliver sessions, and to communicate with parents and players
- Collaborate with other coaches and stakeholders to develop and implement new programs and initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- USSF or United Soccer Coaches qualification
- Experience working with children of all ages and skill levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and patience
- Ability to adapt to scheduling changes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Own transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a rigorous background check
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
Nice to Have
