About the Role

The Growth Account Executive role at Webflow is a critical position that requires a unique blend of sales, technical, and strategic skills. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing complex SaaS deals with companies ranging from 50 to 300 employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, value-based sales motions tailored to each customer's needs. Webflow is a remote-first company, and as such, you will be working in a distributed environment that requires strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills. What You Will Do

  • Own and close complex SaaS deals with companies ranging from 50 to 300 employees
  • Develop and execute a proactive, outbound-driven sales strategy to build pipeline and identify high-potential accounts
  • Run the full sales cycle from first touch through close, with a focus on $25k+ ACV opportunities
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, value-based sales motions tailored to each customer's needs
  • Establish repeatable outbound best practices and influence how the company engages with the market
  • Make a meaningful impact on the growth of both the team and the business
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and leadership on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of success in closing complex deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Disciplined discovery and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate multi-threaded buying groups
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
