## What You Will Do - Oversee end-to-end FX conversion operations to ensure timely and accurate execution.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements that align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, conducting regular audits and risk assessments as necessary.
• Manage and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to senior management when required.
• Participate in the development of operational procedures and guidelines to standardize workflows and improve quality.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and deliver training to team members on new processes and systems as needed.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in the payment industry or FX operations, with a proven track record of managing complex operational workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of FX markets and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a remote setting and collaborate with global teams.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
• Certification in a related field, such as CFA or FRM.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
