About the Role

The Enterprise Applications team plays a critical role in supporting GitLab's core business processes, including Quote To Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. By partnering closely with business partners, you will help automate, enforce, and optimize these processes, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization. What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain business workflows using NetSuite SuiteCloud development tools, including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript.
• Build system integration tools, such as SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and NetSuite SOAP APIs, to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.
• Operate as a system, field, and mapping expert for the RPA and iPaaS team, with a working knowledge of Workato being a plus.
• Maintain metadata, records, objects, roles, and fields to ensure proper data flows between systems.
• Influence cross-functional teams, building and managing holistic relationships with select partners to drive business outcomes.
• Build, maintain, and improve internal analysis and planning processes to more efficiently deliver for business partners.
• Drive end-to-end delivery processes with minimal guidance, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
• Run medium-sized projects that improve the ability to make better data-driven insights or make the company more efficient.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and bring solutions to life, leveraging your expertise in NetSuite and enterprise applications.

What We Are Looking For

• Full understanding of the NetSuite stack and experience with all NetSuite modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, SuiteBilling, Procurement, etc.
• Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts.
• Expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Services, and Eclipse.
• Experience with Salesforce and Adjust, with the ability to integrate these tools with NetSuite solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application management, including implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with business partners.
• Experience with project management, including running medium-sized projects and driving end-to-end delivery processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workato, an iPaaS tool used for integrating various applications and services.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles, with the ability to incorporate these technologies into daily workflows.
• Certification in NetSuite or other enterprise applications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to ongoing learning.
• Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of the tools and technologies used to facilitate collaboration and communication.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
