About the Role
Mob Entertainment, the studio behind the hit indie horror game Poppy Playtime, is seeking a Game Product Manager to lead the end-to-end ownership of a game's lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring every game has a clear product vision, market validation, and disciplined production processes.Responsibilities
- Lead the concept evaluation process, including market analysis, genre trends, and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop the Product Brief, including core lore, target audience, and success metrics.
- Maintain and refine the product roadmap, prioritization framework, and delivery milestones.
Requirements
- Must have video game experience.
- Strong understanding of digital skills and remote work.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Production, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance.
