The role reports to a team leader or operations manager, depending on the organizational structure of the specific location. Collaboration with other departments, such as customs clearance and flight operations, is essential to ensure that all aspects of the job are performed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

What You Will Do

• Manage the receipt of materials from couriers, resellers, and Point of Sale (POS) to be distributed across the network.
• Coordinate the transport of materials between the service center and the airport, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
• Handle the loading and off-loading of all outbound material on international flights, including necessary scans and alerts.
• Process the release and transport of outbound and inbound material out of the customs bond to the service center.
• Facilitate the release and transport of relevant WPX out of the courier bond to the service center.
• Complete recovery reports and manage flight alerts.
• Perform 100% security scans of all outbound shipments and store paperwork correctly.
• Ensure the proper storage of all manifests.
• Oversee and manage contact for all shipments to and from surrounding islands via commercial uplift.
• Control COA/BOS reports and monitor AQCC.
• Utilize X-Ray Scanning as part of security protocols.

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
• Valid Driver's License (Truck license).
• Police background clearance check and airport security vetting.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS, with knowledge of the delivery area preferred.
• Previous professional driving experience, preferably in a delivery role.
• Physical stamina to lift up to seventy (70) lbs occasionally and forty (40) lbs frequently.
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch repeatedly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with logistics software and technology.
• Basic knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
• Certification in supply chain management or a related field.
• Experience working in an airport environment.
