About the Role
The product team at System plays a vital role in defining and driving the product vision, sitting at the intersection of engineering, data, and the humans who use the platform. As a product team member, you will be responsible for translating complex systems problems into elegant, human-centered experiences. This role is deeply cross-functional, requiring collaboration with engineering, data, and research teams to ship meaningful, high-quality product experiences.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, design, or a related discipline, with a track record of shipping products in agile, fast-moving environments. A key aspect of this role is the ability to own the product roadmap, prioritizing with clarity, purpose, and data. Candidates should be motivated by purpose-driven work, particularly at the intersection of technology and healthcare, and believe that technology should be a force for good.

What You Will Do
- Define and drive the product vision in close partnership with engineering, data, and research teams

- Own the product roadmap and prioritize with clarity, purpose, and data
- Collaborate across functions to ship meaningful, high-quality product experiences

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product design, or a related discipline
- A track record of shipping products in agile, fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Experience working in or adjacent to data-heavy or technically complex products
- An ability to hold both user empathy and systems-level thinking at the same time
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward clarity
- Experience designing or managing products in healthcare, life sciences, or enterprise data platforms
- Background in or exposure to systems thinking frameworks
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies
