About the Role
The General Labor role at Onsite Safety is a key position focused on ensuring job sites are safe and efficient. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing safety posts and rails, maintaining inventory, and communicating with dispatch to optimize routing. This role is critical to the success of Onsite Safety's mission to save lives and make job sites safer. What You Will Do
- Install safety posts and rails to secure job sites from hazards
- Record inventory and close out job orders on electronic devices
- Communicate with dispatch to increase routing efficiencies
- Maintain and use work trucks to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and safety
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols
- Utilize mobile apps for efficient data collection and reporting
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Onsite Safety's services and policies
- Represent Onsite Safety professionally, promoting its mission and values
What We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in using mobile apps for data collection and reporting
- Valid driver's license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience
- Team player, adept at working in a fast-paced and diverse work environment
- Willingness to work until the job is completed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data management
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA training or willingness to participate in provided training
Nice to Have
- Experience in a labor or construction environment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance
