About the Role

The General Labor role at Onsite Safety is a key position focused on ensuring job sites are safe and efficient. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing safety posts and rails, maintaining inventory, and communicating with dispatch to optimize routing. What You Will Do

  • Install safety posts and rails to secure job sites from hazards
  • Record inventory and close out job orders on electronic devices
  • Communicate with dispatch to increase routing efficiencies
  • Maintain and use work trucks to company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols
  • Utilize mobile apps for efficient data collection and reporting
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Onsite Safety's services and policies
  • Represent Onsite Safety professionally, promoting its mission and values

What We Are Looking For

  • Proficiency in using mobile apps for data collection and reporting
  • Valid driver's license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience
  • Team player, adept at working in a fast-paced and diverse work environment
  • Willingness to work until the job is completed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication
  • Basic knowledge of Excel for data management
  • Ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • OSHA training or willingness to participate in provided training
