About the Role
The General Manager position at Elevenlabs is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and KPI setting
- Design and optimize the sales pipeline to reach ambitious sales targets
- Lead interactions with top strategic accounts in the market, developing strong relationships and driving business growth
- Hire and manage a high-performing team responsible for sales and implementations
- Define event priorities and invest in brand awareness initiatives
- Represent Elevenlabs in events and media appearances, showcasing the company's expertise and thought leadership
- Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities
- Ideate, own, and drive big bets in the country, leveraging data and market insights to inform decision-making
- Work closely with the global business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales projections to ensure alignment with company goals
What We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and driving growth in complex, fast-paced environments
- Background in consulting, sales, or a related field, with a deep understanding of technical products and solutions
- Proven track record of success in deploying technical products and solutions to enterprises
- Owner mentality, with a self-starter approach and a strong work ethic
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and drive business growth
- Experience working in a global, distributed team environment, with a strong understanding of cultural and language nuances
- Fluency in German, with proficiency in English
