General Manager - Mexico

About the Role

As part of the role, the General Manager will work closely with the global team to ensure alignment and drive impact. The team at Elevenlabs is composed of researchers, engineers, and operators who are passionate about AI and its applications. The company has a strong focus on innovation and excellence, and the General Manager will be expected to embody these values.

The role will require significant travel and interaction with top strategic accounts, as well as representation of Elevenlabs in events and media appearances. The General Manager will be expected to be an owner mentality, hands-on, and self-starter who is keen to get their hands dirty to produce results.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute the country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and hiring
• Design the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious sales targets in the B2B side
• Lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market
• Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations
• Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness
• Represent Elevenlabs in events and media appearances
• Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities
• Ideate, own, and drive big bets in the country
• Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment and drive impact
• Use Excel to track and analyze sales data and performance metrics

What We Are Looking For

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
• Background in consulting and sales
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises
• Owner mentality, hands-on, and self-starter who is keen to get their hands dirty to produce results
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive growth
• Experience with AI solutions and technologies
• Strong understanding of the Mexican market and business environment
• Fluency in Spanish and English
