About the Role

The General Manager role at Elevenlabs is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading sales and technical teams. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and KPI setting. You will also be expected to hire and lead the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry and a strong background in consulting and sales. You will be expected to work closely with the global BD team to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and KPI setting
  • Hire and lead the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations
  • Design the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious sales targets in the B2B side
  • Lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market
  • Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness
  • Represent Elevenlabs in events and media appearances
  • Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities
  • Ideate, own, and drive big bets in the country
  • Collaborate with the global BD team to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure aligned with company priorities

What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
  • Background in consulting and sales
  • Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises
  • Owner mentality and hands-on approach to producing results
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel and other productivity tools
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the tech industry

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI-powered technology
  • Knowledge of the Dutch market and business landscape
  • Experience with sales and customer delivery in the B2B side
  • Certification in sales or business management
