As the head of the Auth business unit, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of Zero Hash's foundational account-linking and authentication infrastructure. This is a high-stakes role that demands a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, the ability to navigate complex technical discussions, and a talent for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

The success of Zero Hash's Auth platform is critical to the company's mission to power the next generation of financial services. As the General Manager, you will be the external face of Auth, responsible for leading global Open Finance policy, driving sales cycles, and serving as the executive sponsor for strategic institutional partnerships. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to make informed, strategic decisions will be essential to your success in this role.

The Auth team is a critical component of Zero Hash's overall strategy, and as the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team is aligned and working towards common goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Legal, and Product, to deliver enterprise-grade APIs that meet the rigorous uptime and security requirements of global finance.

What You Will Do

  • Direct the go-to-market strategy for Auth, including personally leading high-stakes negotiations and closing foundational deals with global banks, neo-banks, and payment networks.
  • Serve as the primary executive sponsor for Tier-1 accounts, building deep, peer-level relationships with C-Suite stakeholders to ensure long-term platform stickiness and expansion.
  • Drive the total financial health of the Auth business unit, managing revenue targets, pricing strategy, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Define Zero Hash's stance on global Open Banking and Digital Asset regulations, engaging with regulators, industry bodies, and policy-makers to shape the standards that govern account connectivity and data sharing.
  • Conduct constant analysis of the competitive landscape to ensure Auth remains the superior choice for crypto connectivity.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into product advantages, ensuring Auth remains the most compliant and trusted bridge.
  • Align Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to deliver enterprise-grade APIs that meet the rigorous uptime and security requirements of global finance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical and regulatory requirements of the Auth platform, including stablecoins and blockchain settlement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and sales to align the roadmap with revenue goals.

What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years of proven leadership experience at the intersection of fintech and traditional banking.
  • A strong grasp of how stablecoins and blockchain settlement will disrupt traditional Open Banking rails.
  • A track record of closing 7 and 8-figure enterprise deals where you served as the lead negotiator or executive sponsor.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and the ability to influence policy discussions.
  • The ability to command a room, whether it's a boardroom of bank executives or a roundtable with federal regulators.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and sales to align the roadmap with revenue goals.
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to hold your own in deep technical reviews.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and stablecoins.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in financial services.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards governing account connectivity and data sharing.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales.
