About the Role

The General Manager role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity to lead the company's Spanish operations and drive growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive country strategy. This strategy will encompass sales, customer delivery, and KPI setting, as well as hiring and managing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be an execution-focused operator with a proven track record of success in leading sales and technical teams.

As a key member of the Elevenlabs team, the General Manager will be responsible for representing the company in various events and media appearances, as well as fostering partnerships with key stakeholders and potential clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the Spanish market, as well as the ability to navigate complex sales and technical landscapes.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the country strategy for Elevenlabs in Spain, including sales, customer delivery, and KPI setting
  • Hire and manage a high-performing team responsible for sales and implementations
  • Design and execute a comprehensive pipeline to reach ambitious sales targets in the B2B side
  • Lead interactions with top 30 strategic accounts in the market
  • Define event priorities and invest in brand awareness initiatives
  • Represent Elevenlabs in events and media appearances
  • Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities
  • Ideate, own, and drive big bets in the country
  • Collaborate with the global business development team to drive growth and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
  • Background in consulting and sales
  • Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises
  • Owner mentality, with a hands-on and self-starter approach
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish market and business landscape
  • Experience with AI solutions and/or technical products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
