What You Will Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the company's quality standards.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and perform routine equipment maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal operational capacity.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential bottlenecks, presenting recommendations to management.
• Lead training sessions for new employees, ensuring they understand the production process, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and lean manufacturing principles.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of production activities, including outputs, defects, and maintenance schedules.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of improving processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing tools and technologies, including but not limited to ERP systems, CAD software, and IoT devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations management.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and the ability to interpret production metrics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Nice to Have

• Certification in a relevant field, such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based project management tools.
