About the Role

What You Will Do

• Manage and coordinate digital projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that projects are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
• Develop and implement project plans, including setting timelines and milestones, and ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard.
• Coordinate with team members, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, and escalate any major issues to the project manager or other senior team members.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and that any cost overruns are minimized.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities, and to develop and implement project plans.
• Develop and implement process improvements, to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a production or project management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
• Strong digital skills, including experience with project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to be proactive in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with budgeting and cost management, with the ability to manage project budgets and minimize cost overruns.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or Prince2.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the use of tools such as Excel or Tableau.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to develop and implement web-based projects.
