About the Role
The General Radiologist position at Imagen Technologies is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of technology-enabled diagnostic imaging services. As a remote, part-time radiologist, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, whether that's weekdays, weekends, or block coverage. You will be interpreting a broad range of imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray, and providing accurate, timely, and clinically actionable reports. What You Will Do
- Interpret a broad range of imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray
- Provide accurate, timely, and clinically actionable reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across a large health system
- Utilize AI-enabled platforms to streamline workflow and reduce administrative burden
- Develop and maintain a consistent, high-quality worklist across multiple modalities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging and technology
- Participate in ongoing education and training to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of best practices and protocols for diagnostic imaging
- Engage with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
- Collaborate with other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care
What We Are Looking For
- ABR or AOBR Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Demonstrated experience across multiple imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray
- Strong clinical and technical skills in diagnostic imaging
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms and technology
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuously improving skills and knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS)
- Knowledge of current trends and advancements in diagnostic imaging and technology
- Participation in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments
- Experience working in a remote or telehealth setting
- Certification in a specialty area of radiology, such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology
