About the Role

The Generative AI Analyst position at Welo Global is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI development, specifically focusing on Japanese language projects. As a Generative AI Analyst, your day-to-day tasks will involve performing quality checks on AI-generated content, identifying edge cases and inconsistencies, and providing feedback for workflow and annotation guideline improvements. Your work will be crucial in supporting multilingual and multimodal AI projects, requiring strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

Review and evaluate AI-generated content for quality and accuracy.
Annotate data to contribute to the development of high-quality datasets for AI model training.
Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance with project guidelines.
Identify edge cases, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI-generated content.
Participate in calibration and quality alignment activities to ensure data consistency.
Provide feedback to improve workflows and annotation guidelines.
Contribute to the development of next-generation Generative AI systems.
Work independently and follow detailed guidelines for data annotation and review.
Engage with a global community of AI specialists and data operations professionals.
Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.

What We Are Looking For

Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
Experience in annotation, content review, quality assurance, data operations, or related fields.
