About the Role

As a Gerente de Resposta a Incidentes at Radartec, you will play a critical role in protecting the company's digital assets from cyber threats. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading incident response efforts, conducting forensic analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks. What You Will Do

  • Lead incident response efforts, including threat hunting, forensic analysis, and mitigation of security risks
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of security incidents, identifying root causes and recommending remediation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless incident response
  • Develop and implement comprehensive incident response plans, including playbooks, runbooks, and training programs
  • Provide expert guidance on security best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends, applying this knowledge to improve incident response capabilities
  • Communicate complex technical issues to clients, stakeholders, and executive teams, both verbally and in writing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in incident response, threat hunting, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in EDR solutions, threat intelligence, and forensic analysis
  • Experience working in a cloud-based environment, with knowledge of cloud security best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Advanced English language skills, with intermediate Spanish skills a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience working with security frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Knowledge of security incident response methodologies, including NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automation tools, such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
  • Knowledge of cloud security platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Certification in incident response, threat hunting, or a related field, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
