About the Role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking experienced German Customer Support, Sales Development & Technical Support Specialists to join their talent pool. As a member of their team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, providing top-notch customer service, driving sales development, and offering technical support to clients across different industries. The role involves handling customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In sales development, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce client products and services, and identify potential sales opportunities. For technical support, you will assist customers with technical issues, guide them through system and application processes, and maintain accurate support documentation.

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce client products and services
  • Build rapport with potential customers and address initial questions or objections
  • Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities and transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
  • Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting
  • Guide users through system and application processes
  • Escalate complex technical cases when required
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Participate in monthly KPI reviews and performance discussions

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in German (C2 level)
  • Good command of English (B2/C1 minimum)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales development, technical support, data entry, administrative support, or contact center environments
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Previous outbound calling or lead generation experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel
