Invisible Technologies is seeking a German Language Specialist to join their team of AI trainers. As a specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI by developing high-quality training data for large-scale language models. Your expertise in German grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics will be essential in challenging advanced language models and documenting their failure modes. You will work closely with the AI development team to improve model reasoning and develop new evaluation metrics.The role entails working remotely and collaborating with a team of language experts and AI developers to create cutting-edge language models. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conversing with the model on various language scenarios, verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness, and capturing reproducible error traces. You will also suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics, ensuring that the model is constantly learning and improving.

What You Will Do

- Work independently to develop and test new language models
What We Are Looking For
- Master's or PhD in German language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Strong expertise in German grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics
- Experience with linguistic analysis and language modeling
