About the Role
The German speaking High-Velocity Account Executive role at Leapsome is a unique opportunity for sales professionals to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for Leapsome's high-velocity segment, which includes companies with 10-49 employees. Your mission will be to identify and convert the right opportunities quickly and thoughtfully into delighted customers.The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, high-energy environments and value continuous learning. What You Will Do
- Own the sales process from first contact to closed deal, including qualifying leads, running compelling demos, negotiating, and closing deals within a ~30-day sales cycle.
- Manage a high volume of opportunities efficiently through a semi-automated, well-structured process.
- Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and tailor your approach to each customer's unique context.
- Prioritize effectively to focus on deals most likely to close and bring long-term value.
- Collaborate with RevOps to continuously improve the sales process, using data and feedback to work smarter and boost win rates.
- Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clear timelines.
- Contribute to smooth initial implementation for new customers.
- Get involved in cross-functional projects that align with your interests and support your growth.
- Become a product and industry expert to guide customers with a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets, and continuously evaluates and improves the sales process.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a client-facing position such as consulting.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional Central European languages being a plus.
- Strong questioning and listening skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs.
- Structured and detail-oriented, with a passion for optimizing processes and making data-informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance efficiency with empathy.
- Motivated by impact and purpose, with a passion for shaping the future of work and enabling continuous learning.
- Interest in technology and comfort discussing tools and platforms with customers.
- Experience in HR tech or related fields, such as organizational development or people development, is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adjust and Excel, or similar tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks, such as SPIN or Challenger.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as a degree in business or marketing.
