What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize paid social and search campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Develop and implement full-funnel media buying strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Write, test, and optimize ad copy to ensure continuous performance improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth, product marketing, and design teams, to develop effective campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Adjust
- Develop and manage paid media budgets, including forecasting and budgeting for paid media channels
- Contribute to the development of creative strategies that power performance, including creative briefs for UGC creators and in-house design teams
- Lead the creative learning agenda, focusing on performance acquisition, creative strategy, and development
- Drive continuous innovation by integrating creative performance insights, creative trends, and customer insights
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working in a performance marketing team at a brand or agency, with hands-on experience in paid search, paid social channels, and creative development
- Professional working efficiency (B2 level minimum) in German, with the ability to write high-converting German ad copy and adapt campaigns for German-speaking audiences
- Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, media buying strategies, and performance marketing critical metrics
- Experience in directing creative teams, agencies, and UGC creators
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Adjust
- Passion for combining storytelling with data to create high-converting ad creatives
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage and direct static/video editing reviews

- Experience with conducting creative research through platforms like Ads Library
- Curiosity to explore and apply AI tools for generative creatives, ad copy, and workflow improvements
- Knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools
