About the Role

The Performance Marketing Specialist role at Leapsome is a unique opportunity to drive customer acquisition through paid media channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include building and scaling campaigns, writing and testing ad copy, and analyzing data to inform creative strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product Marketing, and Design, to develop effective campaigns that drive results.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's approach to paid media and contribute to the development of their creative strategies. What You Will Do

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Build and scale campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Write and test ad copy to optimize performance and improve conversion rates
  • Analyze data to inform creative strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective campaigns
  • Develop and manage paid media budgets, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Translate data into insights using tools like Google Analytics
  • Work closely with the Growth, Product Marketing, and Design teams to develop effective campaigns
  • Lead the creative learning agenda, focusing on performance acquisition, creative strategy, and development
  • Write converting creative briefs for UGC creators and in-house Design teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience working in a performance marketing team at a brand or agency
  • Professional working efficiency (B2 level minimum) in German, with proven ability to write high-converting German ad copy
  • Experience in managing paid search, paid social channels, and creative development
  • Passion for combining storytelling with data to create high-converting ad creatives
  • Experience in directing creative teams, agencies, and UGC creators
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies, media buying strategies, and how to impact performance marketing critical metrics
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Adjust

  • Experience with AI tools for generative creatives, ad copy, and workflow improvements
