About the Role
The German-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Agent role is a critical part of Mercier Consultancy Group's customer support team. As a customer agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.The role is based in Greece, but you will be working with a global team to support customers across different regions. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other teams, including technical and operational teams, to resolve complex customer issues. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role, as you will be interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders on a daily basis.
As a customer agent, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to think on your feet to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. What You Will Do

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and transparent way

What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required
