About the Role

The Global Administrative Assistant role is designed to provide comprehensive support to a busy leader, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily schedule and activities. What You Will Do

  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, and other events
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth communication
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes as required
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Provide administrative support for projects, including data entry and research
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and implement processes to improve administrative efficiency
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure consistent practices
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including calendar management, email, and collaboration software
