About the Role

The Global Agency Lead role at Amplitude is a senior individual contributor position with a clear line of sight to building a team. As a key player in Amplitude's partnership strategy, you will define how the company recruits, activates, and grows a global portfolio of agency and consulting partners. Your focus will be on workflow transformation and analytics practice development, working closely with top martech consultancies, systems integrators, and transformation agencies.

As a Global Agency Lead, you will be instrumental in making sure Amplitude is at the center of the conversation in the agency ecosystem.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing a deep point of view on which agency archetypes create the most downstream value for Amplitude, identifying and recruiting high-value agency partners, and building scalable co-sell and co-delivery motions with these partners.

What You Will Do

  • Build and own Amplitude's global agency partnership strategy, identifying and recruiting high-value agency partners across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Develop a deep point of view on which agency archetypes create the most downstream value for Amplitude.
  • Run executive-level engagement with senior partners at target firms, having peer-level conversations about practice evolution and Amplitude's fit.
  • Build scalable co-sell and co-delivery motions with agency partners, including joint GTM playbooks, certification paths, and enablement programs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure partners drive real customer outcomes.
  • Represent Amplitude at key industry events, showcasing a point of view that makes agency leaders want to partner with the company.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for agency partnerships, including pipeline and activated ACV from agency-referred and agency-influenced deals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the agency landscape, including market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agency partnership strategies with overall business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7-12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or consulting, with at least a meaningful stretch inside or closely alongside a major consulting firm, martech agency, or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful partnership strategies that drive business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem, including key players, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Experience with GTM strategies, workflow transformations, and analytics practice development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior partners at target firms.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.
