Job Description

About the Role

The Global AI Specialist role is part of Zoom Corporation's growing Contact Center Solution Engineering team, focusing on developing and implementing AI solutions to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and enhance technical solutions that address complex business challenges through intelligent automation.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Product, Sales, Architects, and Customer Success Engineering, to demonstrate the value of Zoom's AI solutions.
  • Support CX AI architecture conversations and contribute to technical blueprints for agentic AI, virtual assistants, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML architectures, CX Solutions Engineering, AI consulting, or similar technical pre-sales roles.
  • Technical expertise in CX platforms, AI/ML, cloud services, and prompt engineering.
