About the Role

The Global AI Specialist role at Zoom Corporation is a strategic opportunity to leverage advanced AI solutions and drive innovation in the customer experience space. As a key member of the Contact Center Solution Engineering team, you will collaborate with Product, Sales, Architects, and Customer Success Engineering teams to demonstrate the power of Zoom's AI solutions. Your focus will be on designing, deploying, and enhancing technical solutions that address intricate business challenges and boost operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

Reporting to the Head of Contact Center Solution Engineering, this role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, customer success, and solution engineering. You will work closely with various stakeholders to influence Zoom's CX AI ecosystem and help customers achieve operational excellence through intelligent, agentic AI engagement. With a strong emphasis on customer experience, you will drive best practices for customer journey personalization, analyze customer behavior, and deliver hyper-personalized experiences.

The role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, CX solutions engineering, and technical pre-sales. You will need to demonstrate technical expertise with knowledge in CX platforms, AI/ML, cloud services, and prompt engineering. As a skilled presenter, you will deliver engaging workshops and sessions to both technical and non-technical audiences, showcasing the capabilities of Zoom's AI solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Design and deploy technical solutions that address complex business challenges and drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI technologies with customer experience strategies
  • Develop and present technical blueprints that enable agentic AI, virtual assistants, and agentic workflows
  • Drive best practices for customer journey personalization and analyze customer behavior to deliver hyper-personalized experiences
  • Partner with Product, Architects, CSEs, and Sales teams to demonstrate Zoom's AI solutions and highlight their power in the CX space
  • Support, deliver, and scale workshops, proofs of concept (POCs), and paid pilots to accelerate revenue delivery
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Zoom's Contact Center AI Solutions and build scalable models for AI-driven acceleration and adoption
  • Collaborate with AI teams to support and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs
  • Present and demonstrate Zoom's AI solutions to customers, showcasing their capabilities and value
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support AI solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML architectures, CX solutions engineering, AI consulting, or similar technical pre-sales roles
  • Technical expertise with deep knowledge in CX platforms, AI/ML, cloud services, and prompt engineering
  • Direct presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging workshops and sessions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and customer journey personalization
  • Knowledge of AI/ML tools and technologies, including machine learning frameworks and natural language processing
  • Experience with cloud-based services, including AWS or Azure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop technical solutions

  • Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of programming languages, including Python or Java
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Certification in AI/ML or related fields, such as certified data scientist or certified AI engineer
