Job Description

## About the Role As a Global Growth Marketing Manager at First Table, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's diner acquisition strategy across multiple markets, including New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and Ireland. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable, profitable growth by leveraging data analysis, experimentation, and sharp creative judgment. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that balances short-term performance with long-term demand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, with a proven track record of managing meaningful budgets and making investment recommendations. You will be responsible for leading the relationship with the performance agency, shaping channel mix and media investment, and working closely with internal teams to improve the journey from first touch to first booking.

## What You Will Do - Own and develop First Table's global diner acquisition strategy across multiple markets - Lead the relationship with the performance agency, from strategy and briefs to outcomes - Shape channel mix and media investment to drive sustainable growth - Work closely with internal teams to improve the journey from first touch to first booking - Develop market-specific growth plans, with a strong focus on scaling UKI demand - Use data analysis and metrics such as CAC, ROAS, payback period, LTV, conversion rates, and channel ROI to guide investment decisions - Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve first-booking conversion - Champion experimentation across audiences, creative, messaging, offers, landing pages, app store experiences, and user journeys - Build clear reporting and recommendations to help the business understand what drives sustainable growth

## What We Are Looking For - At least 5 years of experience in growth, digital, acquisition, or performance marketing - Strong hands-on experience across paid acquisition channels, particularly Google and Meta - Commercial confidence managing meaningful budgets and making investment recommendations - Experience managing performance agencies or external partners - A strong understanding of how brand, creative, media, conversion, and customer value work together - Confidence using growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, and channel ROI - Working knowledge of experimentation, attribution, SEO, and GEO

## Nice to Have - Experience working in a marketplace, app-based, subscription, product-led, or high-growth consumer business - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with Excel and data analysis tools - Certification in Google Ads or Meta marketing
